Carolynn Cameron founded Risewell Consulting with a clear mission: to bring rigorous thinking and real-world leadership experience to the challenges that matter most — developing leaders who can think strategically and influence effectively, and helping organizations understand and solve their most complex people and culture issues.
With over 20 years of global leadership experience spanning HR, organizational development, and applied research, Carolynn has worked across industries and sectors to help leaders navigate growth, change, and strategic pivots.
Her dual background in business (MBA) and organizational science (Ph.D.) means she brings both the strategic lens of a seasoned executive and the analytical rigour of a researcher to every engagement.
