Meet Carolynn
Carolynn Cameron, MBA, Ph.D. is the Executive Managing Director of Risewell Consulting, where she partners with senior leaders and organizations through transformational growth and strategic execution. A globally respected expert in leadership, talent development, and organizational transformation, Carolynn brings over 20 years of experience from senior roles at Johnson & Johnson and McElhanney.
Her career is defined by purpose-driven leadership, strategic clarity, and a commitment to building inclusive, high-performing cultures. She has led enterprise-wide initiatives in executive development, digital capability building, and DE&I strategy, consistently delivering measurable impact. Carolynn holds advanced degrees from Case Western Reserve University and Ivey Business School, and a certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan.
She also serves as President of the Cherysh America Foundation and sits on the board of Montessori Peace Centers, reflecting her dedication to social impact and lifelong learning.
